No problem. I was wondering what your approach is to drawing your pages. What kinda pencils do you use? and how long does it usually take you to draw a page?
1) quickly sketch out ideas for panels and page layouts on scrap paper. 2) Gather any necessary reference material. 3) Create perspective grids on the computer to match the dimensions of the panels I have ruled out on the final page. 4) lightbox the perspective grids very lightly onto the pages. 5) rough in the backgrounds and figures 6) Add detail, shadows, tighten everything up. That's it. All done with a 4H pencil as I find anything softer than that smudges too easily. Takes me about 8-10 hours per page, although I work disjointedly as I don't have much time to draw so never really get the opportunity to sit down for a whole day. Hope that helps:)
Thank you so much for the +fav! =)
